Brief Bio

Dr. Stergios Emmanouil earned his Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Connecticut in 2022. He holds an M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology (2018), specializing in Hydraulic Structures and Flood Risk, and a 5-year Diploma in Civil Engineering from the University of Patras (2016).
