Steven Naboicheck
Steve Naboicheck is a Lockheed Martin Senior Fellow Emeritus, having recently retired. He is a founding member of the LM corporate 5G.MIL Unified Network Solutions (UNS) R&D Program, which adapts 5G technologies to provide cohesive communications, edge processing and advanced networking capabilities for interoperable, resilient and secure connectivity and data flow across all domains.
Naboicheck has 44 years of experience in developing ultra-wideband architectures from “antenna to bits and back” for communications, medical and sensing applications. He has worked in multiple industries developing a variety of products for both defense and commercial applications. His expertise includes designing RF/microwave, high-speed digital, mixed signal and analog circuits. He has published multiple papers and has been the principal investigator for numerous government lab-funded R&D efforts to develop advanced technologies. Most recently he proposed and was funded to develop a wideband multifunction software-defined radio under the USA Chips and Science Act.
Naboicheck has received multiple awards over his career at Lockheed Martin, including trade secrets and the company’s highest technical honor, the Nova Technical Excellence Team Award, for his work related to the 5G.MIL UNS Program. He and his wife, Colleen, have three sons and five grandchildren. He enjoys getting together with family as well as skiing, hiking and biking in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, where he and Colleen reside.
