Brief Bio
Dr. Davis Chacon-Hurtado is an Assistant Professor in the Civil and Environmental Engineering department at the University of Connecticut (UConn). Dr. Chaco-Hurtado received his Ph.D. from Purdue University, M.S.C.E. from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of San Antonio Abad of Cusco (Peru).
