Shared Services

About

To enhance service delivery and streamline operations, the College of Engineering adopted a Shared Services model that supports fiscal, administrative, and human resource functions across its academic departments and schools. The staff in Hub 1 and Hub 2 will work collaboratively ensuring faculty, staff, and students receive the support they need. In order to balance the workload, reduce duplication and redundancy, and maintain continuous service to all departments/schools, requests may be supported by team members outside of your academic area.

To improve efficiency, consistency, and service continuity, all hiring, payroll, and purchasing requests must now be submitted through Kuali Build forms. These forms will automatically route requests to the appropriate Hub staff members for processing.

Please do not email requests directly to individual staff members. Requests submitted by email will be redirected to the appropriate Kuali Build form.

Using Kuali Build ensures that all required information is collected at the time of submission, reducing delays and minimizing errors that can occur through email communications. In addition, requests will continue to be routed and processed appropriately, even when individual staff members are out of the office.
